Thursday, May 21, 2020 - 18:32 By United World Wrestling Press
Henry Cejudo is considered the greatest combat sports athlete ever.
Cejudo became an Olympic champion in freestyle wrestling at the age of 21 when he won gold at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China. He went on to a wildly successful MMA career. In 2018, Cejudo defeated Demetrious Johnson to become the UFC flyweight champion. The following year, Cejudo earned the UFC bantamweight title with a victory over Marlon Moraes, becoming just the fourth fighter to hold titles in two different weight classes simultaneously.
On May 9, Cejudo successfully defended his UFC bantamweight title at UFC 249 by beating Dominick Cruz. He then announced his retirement from MMA.
Cejudo sat down with United World Wrestling's Eric Olanowski to talk about whether or not he's making a comeback to wrestling and the one fight the UFC could make happen that would bring him out of retirement.
