Fredrik BJERREHUUS (DEN) became Denmark's 25th Greco-Roman Olympian by placing fifth at the 2019 World Championships in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan. 

Bjerrehuus joined United World Wrestling's Eric Olanowski to talk about qualifying for the Tokyo Olympic Games, dreaming of standing atop the Olympic podium for six straights day after locking up his spot in Tokyo and whether or not he plans on transitioning to MMA after he's done wrestling.

LIMA, Peru (June 10) -- The Pan-American Wrestling Championships 2026 will be held in Lima, Peru from June 11 to 13. The competition will be held at the Velodromo VIDENA.

The U23 Pan-Am Championships will be live UWW+ on uww.org and the UWW App.
